• visualisation and imaging – both off and on the golf course.
Being human, we frequently resist different ways of thinking and changes in attitudes and behavior. This programme offers effective ways of overcoming the ‘yes…but’ obstacles to positive change.
The programme ends with ways in which to commit to these new and improved paths to peak golf performance and enhanced enjoyment of your game.
